Impossible to contact PeerGoal - Need support!

I have called PeerGoal several times - now the phone number on their website is just a fast busy signal and doesn't work.

I have used the Contact Form several times - absolutely no response from PeerGoal.

I have emailed sales@peergoal.com several times - absolutely no response from PeerGoal.

My client has purchased PDM and I am trying to implement it for him but I have a few questions.

Can anyone out there help me out since PeerGoal obviously does NOT supply any type of support - no matter what their website advertises.

1. Can I change the top yellow color, and blue body color, and change the bold white font?

2. Is there any way to remove all this from the bottom?

3. Is there any way to remove [ View Website ] [ Admin Panel ] from the very top?

4. My client is selling one video on his website - that is why he purchased PDM.
What video file types can PDM use? Any? One certain kind?

5. Does PDM have any file size restrictions? What if my client's video file is large?

I too have been unableto use the product they sold me...supposidly a download manager with paypal..
No replies to multiple emails or phone calls begging for help for three months now.
Paypal refuses to do anything. My bank wont do anything because they shipped something to me...even though it was a defective piece of crap.
I think I will send this information to my favorite blog spots so it can get out there.
In the meantime..I think we have all been had.
