Quick Project Manager Lite




What is QPM?
Now you can easily and quickly manage any projects you have on the go. This is perfect if you hire freelancers, and even better if you need to organize your own staff.

How does QPM work?
First you login as admin and you add projects. Next you add the modules for each project. Then you assign staff to the project.

You can use this for any types of projects you have, for example:

    Admin Panel


    View Projects

    Here you can see a list of all projects. You can quickly see the start, and end date along with the percetage that it is done. This makes it very easy to see how much more untill the porject is done and if your on schedule.

    Project Details

    Here you see all the details of the project, including note yourself and the coder has written. Again you see the progress bar and a break down of each module.

    Modules

    You can quickly see what is required for the project, what the coder has written int he notes and the status of the module.

    Coders

    Here you can see all your coders, find their contact details and keep track of them all. Also you can write notes ont hem, which is good to keep personal information about each one.

    Update Coders

    You can update their details, and get their latest contact information.

    Assign Coders

    Here you can assign coders to projects, the gives them access to view and update the projects.

    Staff Panel


    View Projects
    Coders can only view projects they have been assigned to. Of course they can see how much they are done and how much more they need to do.

    Project Details
    The coders can view the project, see the modules left. Also they can write notes ont he project, in case they need information or have feedback.

    Modules
    The coder can update the percentage the module is complete, as well as add comments. In case they need input, inforamtion or need to explain something to the Admin.
